50% refund of the amount paid (minus service fees) if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Event Exceptions: Special arrangements may be considered for small events (e.g. elopements, photo shoots, intimate celebrations) with prior written approval from management. Additional fees and conditions may apply.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the booking. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.
Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. Smoking outside must be done respectfully and all waste properly disposed of.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the listing and pre-approved. Pet fees and rules apply where permitted.
Damage & Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be withheld if violations occur.

The interior of this house is amazing! Our group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well equipped. We frequently stay at luxurious VRBO’s and the interior of this house was on par with the best! The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs and all 9 of us gathered in the upstairs living room each night to share stories of the day. This property is still fairly new, so the driveway is not yet completed and the decks only have a handful of plastic chairs on each level. Overall, great property!

Stayed in December for a guys ski trip. Accomodations we’re great. Very comfortable and spacious home.

Large ski dressing/ storage area
Comfortable beds
Individual Bose Bluetooth speakers to carry around
The view of the mountain
Two hot tubs
Dislikes – nitpicky
Driveway heaters we’re not working completely which made backing out after a fresh snow difficult.
Fireplace should be converted to gas logs as the small firebox allows smoke to get in the house.
Ski in/ski out is difficult at best. Need to have paths cut from house to Home Again trail.
Upper hot tub appeared to have a leak.
All in all we would rent again.

We were all very impressed with the views of the mountain and the ease of the ski-in, ski-out. The house is simply amazing, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make great meals, and there was something for everyone to stay entertained. If skiing Whitefish again, we would absolutely want to stay at the Yeti every time.

The Yeti was just as advertised, huge home with awesome amenities, including 2 hot tubs a steam room and a game room to include pool, a gaming table and lots of TVs if you cared to spend your time watching TV. It is a very new home and had enough room for our party of 13 (8 adults and 5 children).

Highly recommend. House is beautiful, great location, high-end finishes and amenities. Communication was excellent along with a an initial greeting and walk-thru.
