We offer a strict cancellation policy for all vacation rental bookings:

100% refund of the amount paid if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before check-in.

50% refund of the amount paid (minus service fees) if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.

Please note: All service fees are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
Minimum Age Requirement: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. The booking guest must be present during the stay and provide valid ID upon request.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Event Exceptions: Special arrangements may be considered for small events (e.g. elopements, photo shoots, intimate celebrations) with prior written approval from management. Additional fees and conditions may apply.

Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the booking. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. Smoking outside must be done respectfully and all waste properly disposed of.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the listing and pre-approved. Pet fees and rules apply where permitted.

Damage & Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be withheld if violations occur.

By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules and local ordinances. Failure to comply may result in eviction and/or forfeiture of rental payments.

We stayed for a spring break ski trip and were totally impressed with the home, the amenities and the location to the Home Again run. True ski in and ski out. The house had all the amenities you need or even think you might need. The pantry is a perfect example: air fryer, slow cooker, popcorn popper, s’mores cooker, toaster, all the pantry staples you could imagine, spices galore, and the freezer is stocked with frozen food items others have left that are super convenient to find (e.g. pizza for teenagers). And the game room downstairs was the best element to have in a vacation home that you didn’t know you even needed – so much fun! We will definitely be back. Absolutely worth the price!!!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Yeti and the ease of ski in-ski out played a large part. All but the bunk room were en suite which was another plus. We had ample room to spread out and there was plenty of seating if we choose to all be in the upstairs or down stairs family rooms together. We did have some hiccups however…The roof had been leaking due to an ice damn created by frozen gutters, because of this there was a 3-4 inch flooring heave on the far side of the main room (covered by a bench) resulting in uneven flooring which led into one of the bedrooms. We had water leaking by the window in that bedroom and down another wall (a few wet clothes which were easy to dry). The host was very responsive and the leak problem was corrected the next day. We had two unannounced visits for hot tub maintenance two days apart…nice guy but just strange to not have been told to expect this. Because our flights were delayed our arrival was later than planned and we did not get a walk through with the host, important how-tos and what to expect were missed. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning up before we left and would have preferred a ‘do this don’t do that’ list. Trashcans were across the driveway and difficult to open due to the amount of snow on top. One final frustration for me was receiving billing information in both Canadian and American dollar amounts at different times. Live and learn. All that said…Yes! We would stay here again.

Our extended family — total of 6 adults and 8 kids – had a fantastic week staying at the Yeti. The house is very spacious and beautiful as shown in the pictures. Location for ski in/out was ideal, as it was easy to pop in for lunch or to take a break from the chill. Cody and Britton (property managers) were great. We are definitely interested in renting again!

Wow! We loved this home and Whitefish! The managers were very responsive and immediately addressed any questions etc! They were there to greet us when we arrived and to go over a few things and then left so we could begin our vacation. We discovered the coffee pot would not brew shortly after arrival and us unloading our belongings. They immediately responded and had another coffee pot to the home within half an hour! Everything was clean and well stocked! The views are amazing which made it hard to leave! The only negatives inside the house were the couch was hard for my parents to get off of as they are older and you somewhat sink into it and the chairs that are in the living room. They have foot rests that are taller than the chair which make relaxing in them a little uncomfortable. The location of the home is awesome but I do not consider it a ski-in ski-out. We had to walk up the driveway and across the cul-de-sac to enter the trail and return the same way. The walk is much easier since the driveway is heated and it’s not a terrible walk by any means. If you are fit enough to ski you can definitely make the walk with ease but ski-in and out for us is less walking in ski gear! We would definitely stay in the home again as the pros far outweigh the few cons to this home! A huge thank you to the owners and managers for offering such an amazing home!
