This home, owner and caretaker are amazing! The home’s pictures online are better in person. The outdoor living area is fantastic. You can watch the whales and sunsets with a short walk to a private beach. The owner was great to deal with prior to the trip with great advice. One of my favorite surprises of the home was Hector. Hector will do anything to make your trip easier and memorable: transportation, grocery runs, excursion bookings and just great advice for non-tourist places to visit. He and his girfriend make amazing ceviche… I wish we would have been able to stay to have them do a private dinner at the home a night or two. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to the CV-19. I hope to come back and get the full experience of Cabo. Great property and people!

This is a fantastic home in a great neighborhood, gated entrance and private pool and spa. The views are awesome as you sit to enjoy cocktails on the patio and watch whales go by. Hector, the concierge, is top notch and always available when you need him, from scheduling rides to recommending restaurants. We had his fiancée cook for us one night and the food was incredible. You’re only a short walk to the private beach where you can enjoy snorkeling and listening to the waves crash. Would totally recommend this home for your getaway.
We loved this place from start to end. The home was very clean, working with the owner, Reid, and the site manager, Hector, was great. Very responsive and helpful. We booked a few things through Hector which was very easy.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The house is in a great location, short drive to Cabo, short walk to a private beach and in a gated community. The outdoor space was amazing with the hot tub, infinity pool and water views for miles. We would hang outside at the pool a lot of the time and were able to see whales more than once. Hector was very helpful with driving us where ever we needed to go and we appreciated having him available to help with anything.

Great location with great ocean views and easy access to stores, downtown, and marina. The property had all the amenities we needed and more.
Using the concierge, Hector, to arrange expeditions, transportation, etc. made our stay convenient and stress free.
We also used the private chef service and the meal was hands down the best meal we had while there.
We are already planning our trip for Christmas 2022 and plan on staying at the same property.

Casa De Los Suenos was the perfect retreat for our family! The accommodations and staff went above and beyond to ensure we all had an enjoyable time. The views were spectacular and the location was great.
Our family of 5 had an amazing week at the Villa. Very clean and spacious property. Hector the concierge, OMG!!! I cannot say enough about him, he is what made the stay so special. Any little thing we asked for he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, drive us to dinners and even shopped for us when we ran out of a few things. We will be back and will be recommending this lovely Villa to everyone we know!!!
Amazing house, hector and his wife were awesome, and the location was excellent. Right by the grocery store and a 5 minute run to town so you’re just close enough if you like being able to visit the busiest parts of Cabo but retreat back to a quiet escape later. Overall a great stay!
Reid provides a great property for our family of 6, with an ideal location, very quiet, providing fantastic views of the ocean and all its activities. Reid’s contacts provided a seamless process from airport arrival to home and back. While there was some minor hiccups (no food on arrival despite a request, Blue tooth speakers, internet) and taking some learning of the pool system (heating either pool or hot tub, jets/spa modes and running out of propane related likely to the aforementioned) , all in all the stay was fantastic. I even provided some training for Hector on restarting the hot water tank and blue tooth, for all future guests. Now if the weather would have cooperated a little more, extreme winds, the stay (even with the above mentioned hiccups) would have been 12 thumbs up!
The communication was great, the size was perfect for 8 couples. Great cooking facilities. Fabulous pool and hot tub….and the view is second to none!
Having stayed in multiple places over the last 15 years in Cabo, this by far is a home we will keep coming back to! We have longed moved past the resort trips and prefer homes. This home is in a great, secure neighborhood. Outstanding views and situated in a good area to get to all the places you want to with relative ease. It accommodated our group of 9 well, as the home is very spacious. The pool/hot tub was used each day! Short walk to a private beach as well. Hector was a great help for all of our needs. Perfect place for adults and children!
We had an incredible time at this home just outside of Cabo. The concierge, Hector, was outstanding and he helped us with all the transportations and scheduling. His wife, is an amazing chef and highly recommend! We are very thankful to have had this opportunity and would love to stay here again.

Great property in a fantastic location – we loved watching the sunrise every morning, as well as the sunset at night. The pool and spa were wonderful and the views breathtaking!

Family of 8 for a birthday celebration. The house is exactly as listed. Bedrooms fit all perfectly. Location is great. Quick Uber to town. The outside space is fantastic – pool and views are great. Hector was helpful with transportation needs and set up a dinner cooked at the house. Would definitely stay there again!
The owner Reid is awesome to work with and is very responsive. Hector the property manager is responsive and ensures you have what you need. We have stayed here twice now with 8 people both times. Everyone loved it and all want to come back!
I would say a few things need to be updated or fixed. Nothing big but more of a convenience. Incredible views, location and home.

This home was the perfect place to stay during our family trip to Cabo. The views from the house are just amazing, we got to see multiple whales from the house during our stay. Every room has an ocean view and the location is unbeatable! Hector and his team were very helpful during our stay I highly recommend it.
In short, we had an amazing experience! We had a small hiccup at the beginning but Reid was quick to respond and find a solution. The property is more than you could imagine. The community is beautiful, quiet and friendly. The chef was absolutely wonderful and never disappointed with her amazing meals and presentation. The views are already missed. We watched whales every morning and even witnessed some of them breaching so close. A truly remarkable property. Thank you for offering such a beautiful place!
Spacious. Gorgeous view of the shoreline and the arch. Constant sightings of whales. Perfect layout for family hangouts, BBQ’s , naps to the sound of the ocean… upstairs master faces gorgeous rocky shoreline with palm trees…(gives major North shore vibes) Reid, the host, awesome online response. Jonatan and his wife, property managers, instant responses to any questions with great suggestions for local activities. My kids had a BLAST on the house boat with Hector. Very Short drive to grocery store, Costco, harbor and night life. Miss Lily and her assistant’s 90 minute massages put both my athlete sons to SLEEP. You’ll look for a better place within the same price range… you won’t find it.
Reid and Hector were always responsive to my questions and requests. Highly recommend this VRBO. Also highly recommend having Hectors wife cook for you. She’s an amazing cook. The sunrises, sunsets and whales were unbelievable to see from the pool. Flora Farms a must do and the market of local artists on Thursday’s. We also did a private boat ride on the pontoon boat to whale watch, snorkel and swim. The Captain and his Mate were very attentive to our needs and showing us everything of their beautiful country. I can not say enough of fantastic service we received and the beautiful place we stayed. 🐋🌴❤️
This property was amazing for 8 adults celebrating a birthday. Jon was super attentive, checking in with us regularly. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Would definitely rent it again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had everything we needed from a kitchen standpoint, as well as plenty of beach toys and equipment, towels, etc. Comfortable beds and nice, clean bathrooms. But the BEST part- the stunning view of the ocean, with frolicking whales to enjoy everyday.
